I am very excited to let you know that there will be a yogaworkshop for women, in Stenum, Denmark from Friday 27, October to Saturd 28, October 2017. The focus will be on increasing your overall feeling of well-being, to de-stress and relax deeply. If you want to really take some time just for You … join this workshop for women only.

During the weekend I will teach you a series of energetic yoga and breathing exercises. When practiced daily (or on a regular basis), you will begin to feel better, fitter and more energised. Part of this series is specifically working on stimulating and balancing the hormonal system, to help reduce or prevent menopausal issues (like hot flashes, trouble sleeping, mood changes, feeling tired, and so on).

But… you don’t need to have hormonal problems to benefit from and enjoy the exercises.

To guarantee that there is enough time and space for every student, the workshop is limited to maximum 12 (14) women (with a minimum of 6).

You will receive handouts with all exercises for practicing at home; and a cd with a relaxation.
